Anne Boyle from Scartaglen was this week’s An Ríocht 50/50 fundraising draw winner of €500 when her entry was drawn from the drum at Tom McCarthy’s Central Bar on Monday morning.

Last week’s winner Eamon O’Sullivan collected his winning cheque for €432 at the draw.

Anne Boyle became the draw’s first online winner and the last of the Monday morning draw prize recipients.

Anne was also in the draw’s winners’ enclosure last August when a family group with her sisters known as the O’Connor Sisters, Brosna and Boston Syndicate won €450 in this draw.

The draw days are being moved to Fridays from now on and mainly to avoid the scattering of bank holiday Mondays throughout the calendar.

The next draw will be held at Moloney’s Cake Shop on Friday, February 10th. at 11am.
