Brookview Childcare Open Night at Knocknagoshel NS on Thursday at 8pm

Marie and Noemi of  Brookfield Childcare service which is extending its services to schools through the county. An information evening will be held at Scoil Mhuire in Knocknagoshel Village at 8pm on this Thursday. All are welcome.

Brookview Childcare, which runs impressive after-school facilities around the county, will host an open night and presentation event on this Thursday, July 20th, at 8pm in Scoil Mhuire, Knocknagoshel National School. 

The open night is being organised with a view to opening an after-school facility which will cater for all the children in the area in September. All are welcome to attend.

Established in 2011 

Brookview has been successfully operating in Tralee since 2011 and has recently expanded its services to offer ‘School Age Childcare Services’ in schools throughout Kerry.

The company has been successfully running after-school clubs in: Presentation Primary, Tralee since 2021; in Currow National School since 2022 and this year in CBS Primary School and Caherleaheen Primary School in Tralee.

Staff Qualified and Garda Vetted 

Staff members are fully qualified, Garda vetted and experienced childcare assistants who will organise a variety of activities, supervise the homework and deal with any concerns.

Homework support and supervision will be provided if requested by a parent. A variety of activities both indoor and outdoor will be based on children’s interests while using the most up to date resources and toys based on children’s choices.

Workshops on Fun Fridays

Fun Fridays will include a variety of workshops organised free of charge such as: origami, pottery, science, puppetry, basketball training, soccer training, Lego workshops and Zumba dance.

Importantly, Brookview partakes in the government funded National Childcare Scheme which offers a base subsidy to everyone, regardless of income.
