The Currow Coiste na nÓg AGM took place on Thursday, January 25th in the Currow GAA Club rooms with a good turnout in attendance.

The following officers have been elected for the 2024 season: Patron, Fr. John Buckley, PP; Presidents: Thomas Brosnan and Paddy O’Sullivan; Chairperson, Frank Coffey; Vice Chairperson, Noel Reidy.  

The secretary role will be filled by Liam Brosnan and Louise Nelligan McCarthy; Treasurer, Tricia Brosnan;  assistant treasurer, Mars O’Connell; PRO Con Enright; County Board Delegate, Noel Reidy; East Kerry Board Delegate, Pat Fleming; Castleisland District Board Delegate, Frank Coffey.

The following coaches were appointed for the 2024 season: U-17: to be confirmed; U-15 to be confirmed.  

U-13: Con Enright, Pat Fleming, Den Jones and Liam Brosnan.  U-11: Louise Nelligan McCarthy, Noel Reidy, Frank Coffey and Con Enright.

Saturday morning coaches: Joanne Prembroke, Noel Reidy, John McGlynn, Shane O’Leary, Seamus Scanlon, Con Enright, Pat O’Connor, Denise O’Connor, Margo O’Sullivan, Colin Brosnan, Patsy Conway, Damien Boyle and Niall Clifford.  

New coaches are always welcome. Contact any committee member for more info. Registration for all teams will take place over the coming weeks.  

Currow Coiste Na nÓg Easter Camp will take place from Tuesday, April 2nd to Friday 5th. More details will follow closer to the date of the camp about registration and other information.  

Saturday Morning training for our U-5, U-7 U-9 teams will commence on Saturday, April 13th
