Thought For The Week

St Valentine’s Day is one of those Marmite events. Love it or loathe it, the red hearts are strewn over screens, shops, and restaurants.

If you want to truly enjoy the event, whether you are doing full Valentine, Galentine or Palentine, the recipe for success is the same as the recipe for life. Don’t compare what you have to others. Don’t focus on what’s missing but work joyfully with what you have. And failing all of that, embrace Dogalentine where the adoration of a perfect pooch is the ultimate love story.  I know I’ll be enjoying a divine dinner a deux with my furry beloved where a familiar refrain will accompany our chow down, namely, Bone Appetite.
