This Saturday night’s Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket Draw has been postponed as a mark of respect to the late Brendan Conroy and his family, friends and neighbours.

“As Brendan was last week’s winner we have decided to postpone  this Saturday’s draw as a mark of respect until next week on May 7th.,” said club PRO Brian O’Sullivan.

“The draw will then be held in Hughes’ Bar in Cordal and we will have two draws, one for the  €1,000 bank holiday special and a second draw for our usual half the pot prize winnings.

“The club extends the sympathies of the membership to Brendan’s family and friends,” said Brian.
