If you have an hour to spare this evening you could get the fright of your life while getting fit. An Riocht AC is conducting its regular Couch-to-5K from 7pm – but there is a frightening difference.
Even in daylight as they make preparations, there are people frightening the daylights out of each other. Can you imagine what it’s going to be like when it gets really dark. It’ll be a terror all together.
And there’s a mystery chef going to great lengths to cook delicious food for the participants.
Regular and new Couch-to-5K gang members are equally welcome. If you really want to get into the spirit of the evening get your self dressed up in Halloween gear or bin bags or an old sheet with tomato sauce. You’re bound to meet someone down there who’ll frighted the sheet off you.
