Last week’s Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket winner, Marian Prendiville won €750 and posted her entry in the bucket in Moloney’s Cake Shop.
Marian wasn’t available at this week’s draw at The Crown Bar on Saturday night for the weekly photo of the presentation to the previous winner.
Thomas Mann did the honours and picked out Gerry O’Connell’s envelope. Gerry, from Tullig, is this week’s €766 cheque winner.
Gerry’s brother John is a two-time STB winner and their dad Michael is also a previous winner.
The venue for the coming weekend’s draw has not been fixed at the time of going to press.
How to Play Split the Bucket
Split the Bucket draw envelopes are available in shops and pubs throughout this and neighbouring parishes.
You simply put your €2 in the envelope, seal it and sign it and add your telephone number and pop it in the bucket or the club coloured, red and blue stands.
