An Ríocht Little Black Dress/Long Black and Distinguished Christmas Challenge. Did you ever hear such a thing in your life? You did now!
An Riocht Athletic Club will help get you ready for Christmas and New Year Party Time with a new six-week programme starting on Monday, November 10th and ending on Friday, December 19th. The cost for the six weeks is €49 for gym members and €99 for non members. Participants will have full use of the gym and leisure suite, access to a trainer all week via e-mail, updates on the private Facebook page and weekly face to face meetings.
There is an induction night on Monday, November 10th. which will explain what is involved, measurements will be taken and there will be a guided explanation of the exercise programme for week one and two, with week one meal plan.
The following weeks will involve weigh ins and updates to exercise and meal plans.The final measurements will be taken on Thursday 18th December and the winner will be announced on Friday 19th. The challenge is open to both men and women, and early booking is advised as places are limited.
For the most successful participant based on overall measurements, there is three months membership to An Ríocht Health and Leisure Club, plus for a male winner €100 voucher for Jackie Reidy Menswear. If the winner is a female she will receive, along with the gym membership, a €50 voucher for Noeleen’s Beauty Salon and a €50 voucher for Shine Hairdressers.
