It was the turn of the still celebrating Brosna Town to host the latest on the list of locations for the Sunday visit by the Kerry Hunt Club.

“We headed for Brosna on Sunday and to The Three Counties Bar where they made time to welcome the hunt club even after the high of their recent, great All-Ireland Junior Club Football Championship win,” said hunt club PRO, Rose Cotter.

“Brosna is still on a high and so they should,” Rose observed and recommended.

“The Sunday morning weather got off to a damp, dull start but as we headed for the border of where the three counties meet it go alot brighter.  We had a great treat in store with ditches, dikes and plenty of jumping that suited every discipline. We would like to thank Joe and Eileen Brown for their warm, homely welcome as usual and their fabulous spread of food –  it really hit the spot on our return after a great day. To all the land owners and all who helped in any was a very big thanks. We’ll see all our club members again next week for another great family day out to somewhere else on our list,” said Rose.
