Monster Bingo with €4,250 Pot and Guaranteed Jackpot of €1,000

St. John of God’s Skills for Life centre management has teamed up with Castleisland Community Centre to host a Monster Bingo night on Tuesday, July 21st. The event is being organised as a fund -raiser for equipment and community integration activities for the IT Tralee based service.

“This is our only fundraising initiative this year, so we are going to try and make it a successful one by having as many people as possible attend the night,” said manager, Phil McSweeney. Prices on the night include a pot of at least €4,250 to be won and this includes a guaranteed Jackpot of €1,000.

Desktop602Prices on the night are: A single book is €10; A double book is €13; A Golden line is €2; and Go for gold is €2 and free tea and coffee will be available on the night.

Skills for Life is a full-time training course for school leavers based at Tralee Institute of Technology. The course is run over three years including a transition year if needed.

The aim of the programme is to make each student as independent as possible and ready to make important life choices.

Each participant follows their own individualised plan and is fully supported by staff to achieve their full potential. This is delivered through education, life skills training and work experience.
