A Brosna native, entrepreneur and mom has developed an idea about which she has a really good feeling. Her feelings are being endorsed by eight of the leading supermarkets in the Kerry area already – and the idea has only been launched recently.
Bake it Easy! is the story of Maria Brosnan a busy working mom, and her quest to show people just easy and fun it can be to bake your own wholesome and delicious treats at home! She has created a range of luxurious biscuit mixes which enable people to create warm and delicious cookies ready to eat in 12 minutes!
All you have to do is add an egg and butter with the contents of the jar in a bowl, spoon onto a tray and pop into a preheated oven for 12 minutes.
They really are that easy! They are an ideal pantry item or are great fun when used for baking with children! The kits have been tried and tested to great success with Maria’s little ones Ben and Emma.
Maria is originally from Brosna but is now living with her family in Loughfouder, Knocknagoshel. She has a passion for baking all things delicious and for giving home-made, baked treats to friends and loved ones alike.
She would always arrive to her friends’ houses and children’s parties with fresh baking in hand! Her little boy Ben is a dab hand at spoon-licking from their many baking adventures at home!
The Bake it Easy! Biscuit-kits are the embodiment of Maria’s favourite home-made recipes in simple to use jars!
“Modern life has become so busy that any time you do have together as a family is time you want to make the most of. Convenience shouldn’t mean having to compromise on flavour or quality and that’s the Bake it Easy! motto when it comes to baking.
These cookie mixes started as a simple idea to create high quality baking mixes, inspired by what Maria herself would love to find in the shops. They truly are made with love as each one is carefully created by hand.
