An Riocht AC manager, Kate McSweeney sent a note which tells us that, as part of their 12 days of Christmas offers, they’re donating all proceeds of Couch-to-5k tomorrow night, Tuesday December 8th to Jigsaw Kerry. We would encourage as many people as possible to come down and donate a Euro or two towards this fantastic charity. People can walk or jog around the floodlit track for 30 minutes, get some exercise and do their part for charity at the same time!
Young People’s Voices
“Jigsaw Kerry aims to make sure that young people’s voices are heard, and that they get the right help, where and when they need it. The network of Jigsaw projects, delivers tailored, community based supports for young people’s mental health needs,” said Kate.
Christmas Craft Fair
It’s going to be a very busy, Christmassy week at An Riocht AC. There are all kinds of deals on offer along with a Christmas Craft Fair on Friday from 3pm to 7-30pm and on Saturday from 12noon to 7-30pm. And Santa is going to be there to meet all the children of the area on both days.
Sunday Morning’s ‘Run Rudolph Run’ 5K
It’s all going to lead in nicely to Sunday morning’s Run, Rudolph Run 5k Road Race / Jog at 11am sharp.
