Congrats to Labhaoise and Kayla
Congratulations to Labhaoise Walmsley and Kayla O’Connor who played on the winning Kerry ladies U-16 team against Cork in Castleisland last weekend.

Our senior ladies had a good result in the county league where they defeated Corca Dhuibhne by 6-05 to 3-07 in Lispole. It was lovely to see Tina Mangan back playing after a year out due to injury.

The senior men’s team play Glenbeigh/Glencar  in Round 3 of the county league this weekend on Saturday night April 9th at 6.30 pm
Check with club officers and posters around the town advertising the game. And also on the club’s Facebook & Twitter Pages.

Our minor team was narrowly defeated by Ballymacelligott in the county league by two points last Friday evening in a very good and enjoyable game. The final score was desmonds 2-08 Ballymac 2-10.
Our Junior team lost by 10pts to 1-9 to Beale in the North Kerry League last week under this years management team of Edmund Hartnett, Colm O’Shea and Niall O’Connor. Please check with mentors regarding the next game in the North Kerry League.
 Féile Na nÓg Draw
Feile na nOg draw was held last week in Killarney. The U-14 girls will host Cavan and the boys U-14 team drew Mayo. We don’t know the two clubs we host in Castleisland yet, as their county finals have not been played. Feile takes place in Kerry this year on the 24th to 26th Of June and the club members put out an appeal for B&B accommodation providers to make them aware of vacancies on that weekend.
