Cordal to Host St. Kieran’s V Feale Rangers in Championship Opener

The Garvey’s SuperValu county Senior Football Championship commences this weekend, Saturday 14th. and Sunday. May 15th.
The main focus of interest in this area will be on the wonderfully rejuvenated Cordal GAA Club grounds on Sunday at 2-30pm. There and then St. Kieran’s will take on Feale Rangers in one of the senior championship openers down for decision on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.
The following is the list of first round fixtures for the coming weekend: Saturday May 14th. Lewis Road – Double Bill: East Kerry V Austin Stacks 5:00pm. Dr. Crokes V West Kerry 6:30pm. Sunday May 15th. Killorglin – Double Bill: Milltown/Castlemaine V Legion 2:00pm. Mid Kerry V Kilcummin 3:30pm. Austin Stack Park – Double Bill: St Brendan’s V Kenmare 1:45pm and Kerins O’Rahillys V South Kerry 3:30pm. Cordal GAA Club: St Kieran’s V Feale Rangers 2:30pm. Rathmore: Rathmore V Dingle 2:30pm.
Extra Time applies in all games Round Two Draw will take place on Sunday 15th May at 5:15pm. Round Two Games will be played on the weekend of May 21st/22nd – First Round Winners will be drawn against each other and First Round Losers will be drawn against each other
Commenting on the sponsorship Tomás Garvey, owner of Garvey’s SuperValu, felt it was a fantastic partnership for both Garveys and the Kerry County Board.
