Kerry Ladies Seal All-Ireland Title with 3-21 to 0-10 over Dublin

Great news from Nenagh and the Under 16 ‘A’ Ladies’ All Ireland Football final. The game ended in victory for Kerry on a score-line of  3-21 to Dublin’s 0-10.

The Kerry goals came from: Hannah O’Donoghue, Brid Ryan and Aoife O’Callaghan – from a penalty.

Very Proud

“Great game by both teams. Very proud of how the girls have played today. You have done your whole county proud and your family as well. Match report to follow in the coming days,” according to an excited and delighted spokesperson for the victorious Kerry Ladies team after this evening’s game.

“I would also like to thank all the parents and supports who have travelled, we have gotten a great amount of support from all of ye all year.

Homecoming on Thursday Evening

“There will be a homecoming celebration tomorrow evening in Killorglin at a time to be confirmed.

“We hope to see everyone there to support such a wonderful bunch of girls,” said the spokesperson. The progressive Castleisland Desmonds Ladies club was represented on the team by Labhaoise Walmsley and Kayla O’Connor. Congratulations to them on their great achievements.
