The first of the September series of three An Riocht 5K Road Races / Fun Runs will get underway this evening at 7pm. The other two will follow on the successive Wednesday evenings of September 14th and 21st.
Registrations are being taken all day today and up to a quarter of an hour before the off time this evening. The first two evenings are pitched at entry fees of €5 per person and the third at €10 per person.
Special Three-Race Souvenir
While refreshments will be provided after all the races, the third and final race evening will be followed by a party and a presentation ceremony with a special souvenir gift for all those who complete the cluster of three races. Couch-to-5K Returns
The regular 5K autumn / winter Couch-to-5K training schedule and series of road races / fun runs will recommence on the coming Tuesday, September 13th. at 7pm.

Long Dark Evenings
For just €60 per year you get track membership and entry to the club’s monthly draw. This can be paid in full or by Direct Debit of €5 per month.
