Bags, Beanies and Medals Ready at An Ríocht

Bags, Beanies and specially struck medals are all at the ready for Sunday morning’s annual An Ríocht AC / Lee Strand Kingdom Come 10 Miler Road Race and 5k Run.

Registrations will open at 9-30am in the morning ahead of the off-time at 11am.

The event has grown into a very popular road race over the last few years with both the 5k and 10 miler gaining in participation numbers.

“The club is delighted to have the support of Lee Strand and they have been on board since this event’s establishment,” said An Ríocht AC Manager Kate McSweeney.

“This is also a huge morning for the Couch-to-5k trainees who have been on track with their training regime for the past couple of months.

People can still enter on the An Ríocht Facebook page as well as at the desk at An Ríocht AC in the morning,” said Kate.
Entries fees are as follows: 10 Miler: €25; 5K: €12.
All participants will receive a medal and souvenirs on completion.
