Best Wishes to Desmonds Ladies on Kerry Team

Best wishes to the Desmonds player: Lorraine Scanlon, Aisling Leonard, Eilish Lynch and Andrea Murphy who play with the Kerry Senior Ladies team.

The team will play Cork in the Munster Semi-final in Fitzgerald Stadium this Saturday evening, June 17th at 6pm.

Congrats to Grace Cahill

Congratulations to Desmond’s Ladies U-14 player, Grace Cahill who starred for the Kerry Primary School team in Ennis against Clare on Sunday.

Desmonds Seniors Playing Well in Spite of Loss to Crokes

Castleisland Desmonds GAA seniors men’s team travelled to play Dr.Crokes in the county league on Saturday evening. The game finished on the score of 2-20 to 2-9 in favour of the Killarney side.

Overall the team is playing well. But, like all clubs, a small bit of luck can change things around. Next game is on this coming Saturday evening, June 17th at home to John Mitchels in the county league. Throw in at 7:30 pm

U-12 Boys

Desmonds U-12 boys travelled to play Dingle in the county league last Saturday losing on the score of 1-10 to 0-5. Thanks to all the parents who travelled to the game. Their next game is this Sunday, June 18th when they play Glenbeigh/Glencar at home. Throw is set for 6pm.

U-14 Boys

The U-14 boys’ team will start their central region programme on Monday, June 19th. when they play Ballymacelligott B. Throw in at 7pm.

U-16 Boys

The U-16 boys start their under 16 league programme on Wednesday 21st of June when they play Annascaul/Lispole throw in for this game is set for 7pm.

Minor Boys Play Listowel on Monday

The Minor boys team play Listowel at home on Monday 19th June in the North Kerry league  throw in set for 7:30pm.

Please note that the Cúl Summer Camp will be held in Castleisland over the five days from Monday, July 10th to 14th 14th July. €60 cost for one child. A second child from the same family will cost €50. Please register online at www.gaa.ie/kelloggsculcamps

Club Lotto at Browne’s Bar

Desmond’s club Lotto takes place tonight, Saturday, June 17th in Browne’s Bar. The jackpot is now at €3,000. Tickets at €2 or three for €5.
