Camera Club Coffee Morning and Exhibition

Castleisland Camera Club will hold a charity coffee morning and photographic exhibition on Saturday, November 18th. from 11am to 2pm in J.K. O’Connor’s.
“Tea/coffee will be served while people are treated to a display of some of the photos which will be available to purchase on the day also,’ said club PRO, Breda McGaley.

Raffle for Original Print
There will be a raffle and the winner will receive an original print of their choice.
All proceeds will go to Glebe Lodge, Castleisland.
The next club meeting is on Thursday, November 9th. at 7.30pm in the NEWKD office. New members always welcome!

The club, which was formed only last spring has had several outings and meetings in the meantime.

Real Beginners to More Advanced

“The club is made up of people of varying ability – from real beginners to more advanced and everything in between.

An annual fee of €50 covers membership and we would encourage any other photography enthusiasts to come along and join us.

“The membership includes people of varying ability – from real beginners to more advanced and everything in between and we’d love to see new members joining up.” said Breda.

Glebe Lodge
The Brosna Road based Glebe Lodge is a purpose built residential facility for 10 persons with high dependency and eldercare needs. Planned and emergency residential respite care is also available.
