Rudolph Run’s Hot on the Heels of Halloween 3K

Graduates of the latest An Ríocht AC Couch-2-3K, their friends and supporters put their training into practice for the Halloween night Freaky 3K.

Dressed to thrill and with their few months of preparations behind them they took off at 7pm on a course which used the footpaths and the river walk within the confines of the town.

All Ages and Fitness Levels

Runners of all ages and fitness levels were encouraged to participate and many simply walked the route.

Well illuminated with high-vis vests and headlights, they were released by An Ríocht AC manager, Hazel Byrne on the designated time.

They were welcomed back by a high class barbecue of hot dogs, tea/coffee and biscuits provided by Chris and Catherine and Bernadette.
