The dawn of a new year can often trigger a new era and an urge in people to refocus on their health and well-being.

The season of goodwill and high temptation is left behind and the evenings are lengthening a stride or two with every passing day.

An Riocht Athletic Club has seized the moment with an initiative aimed at helping people achieve fitness and health – and the wellbeing will follow.

Track and Tone Programme

“We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be kicking off our brand new Track and Tone programme on Thursday night,January 4th at 7pm.,” said An Riocht manager Hazel Byrne.
“This is an ideal opportunity to get back on track after the festive period and the programme will include some aerobic exercise as well as some toning exercises and it’s all for just €2 per session.

Closely Linked to Operation Transformation
“The track and tone programme with be closely linked to RTE’s popular weekly Operation Transformation and will run for six weeks.
“We’re looking forward to seeing you all on the track on the night. There is ample, free and safe parking spaces in the fully lit area around the pavilion,” said Ms. Byrne.
