“Following numerous representations from both myself and Deputy Danny Healy-Rae we’re glad to welcome funding of €157,047 from the 2018 Restoration Improvement Programme for the road from Coolnagearagh Cross to Brehig,” Cllr. Maura Healy Rae declared this morning.

Trunking and Resurfacing

“Drainage, trunking and resurfacing works will be carried out on 2000 metres of this road.

Deplorable State of the Road

“These works are essential given the deplorable state of the road and we hope the works will be to the satisfaction of all the users of this road,” said Cllr. Healy Rae.
