Currow Coiste Na nÓg News Round-Up

Children who participated in the Currow GAA Club annual Easter Camp from last week. A special thanks to the organisers and the coaches: Padraig O’Shea, Con Enright, Megan and Ciara Fitzgerald for a great week.

Currow U-16 team travelled to Knocknagoshel to play the home side in the Castleisland District League.

In a very close game the home side proved to have the edge on their opponents and went on to win the game on a score line of Knock/Brosna/Duagh 2-15 to Currow’s 4-06.

East Kerry League

Next game for the team will be against Gneeveguilla in the East Kerry League with a date and time to be confirmed.

Long Trek for U12s

U-12: On Sunday the Currow U-12 team made the long journey to Tarbert to play the home team in the first round of the Lee Strand County League.

The home side proved too strong for Currow on the night and went on the be comprehensive winners.

Next game will take place on Sunday, April 15th at 6pm in Currow where the opponents will be Ballymacelligott B.

Juvenile Training Resumes

U-6, U-8 and U-10 training resumes this coming Saturday, April 14th at 10am. All children are ask to bring their football and training t-shirt.
