The death has occurred of Mrs. Peggy Flynn, nee Boyle, Ardmona, Cordal, Castleisland, Co. Kerry.
On May 20th. 2018, peacefully, at home in the loving care of her family.
Sadly missed by her loving sons Tom in Chicago; Den in Midleton; Ned, Mike and John. Daughters-in-law Kathleen, Ann and Breda, her adored seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren
Her sister Joan in Washington D.C.; her brother-in-law Jack, sister-in-law Bridie in Chicago; nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Only the very recent 31 cards result didn’t have the name Peggy Flynn included among the prize-winners,
Peggy featured constantly among the charity fundraising players at the River Island Hotel every Sunday night and, seasonally, when the Cordal Resource Centre fundraising drive was conducted over the winter months for the past few years.
Anywhere cards were being played, especially 31, in Brosna or Firies, Cordal or Castleisland, Peggy and her playing and travelling companion, Kathleen O’Connor were to be found – and found on the list of prize-winners afterwards.
River Island Hotel Cards organisers, John Skevena O’Sullivan, Donie Cremins and PRO John O’Connell send their condolences to Peggy’s family and friends with a special thought for Kathleen O’Connor and their card playing friends everywhere. May God be good to her.
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing at Tangney’s Funeral Home, Castleisland, on Tuesday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Followed by removal to Cordal Church.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Tobar na bhFionn Cemetery, Cordal.
