Renowned chef Mark Doe will host a cookery demonstration and tasting in Castleisland Community College on this Thursday April 4th at 7pm.
Delectable Dishes
In preparation for the summer season, Mark will prepare delectable summer dishes ideal for dinners and parties.
“This promises to be a wonderful evening of culinary delights with amazing recipes to wow your family and friend with,” said organiser and college teacher, Donncha Hickie.

Tickets are €10 each and are on sale in the school or contact 066 71 41196.
Money raised in aid of the school development fund.
