Dublin and Wicklow

“We hosted cummann na mbunscoil events and various county and leinster championships throughout the years.

Classes for All

“I have eight years’ experience in developing, adapting and progressing classes for all sections of the community from three to six year old athletics, Special Olympics, Fit4life running groups and right up to active retirement classes.

“I went on to work in TU Dublin for the last three years. I was a co-ordinator in the sports office whereby I was responsible for developing a new facility called Broombridge which was based in Cabra in Dublin 7.

Great Community Feel

“My first impression of working in An Ríocht I have noticed that there is a great community feel about the place.

“The staff members here are very committed and enthusiastic in their roles and have been great in welcoming me to Castleisland.

I am looking forward to developing my own ideas into the centre and becoming part of the community,” said James.
