GAA Book – The Story of Brosna GAA is Back in Print

By Mairéad Moriarty

I am delighted to report that the award-winning GAA parish book is once again available.

The first print sold out in record-time. Please contact Kay Walsh on 087 230 7948 or purchase at the Post Office.

It’s an ideal Christmas gift for family members abroad. A little piece of Brosna!

Tidy Towns – Five Points Up

Congratulations to everyone in the parish. The National Tidy Town committee has awarded us an additional 5 points in recognition of the great improvements to our village and surrounds over the past year. We’re just getting better and better.

Graveyard Directory

Please take time to review the Kerry County Council grave directory that’s in position outside of the old cemetery.

If there is an amendment required to this directory please advise James McAuliffe.

Match Update

St. Kieran’s fell to a very strong South Kerry side on Sunday. Our young team shows promise of greatness to come.

Well done to our local players who ably acquitted themselves in the encounter.
