Successful Fundraising Draw

A very successful fundraising draw and quiz was held in Moynihan’s Bar on Saturday night. Maurice Moynihan won first prize of dinner for two and bed and breakfast in the Killarney International Hotel.

The €100 hamper from Kieran’s XL was won by Mort Horgan, Brosna and the €50 voucher for Kerry Group store was won by Liam McGraynor, Dromcollogher.

The quiz was won by the Currow GAA Club team.

We would like to thank Moynihan’s Bar and Tim Moynihan for hosting the quiz and to North Cork Creameries for sponsoring the spot prizes.

Thanks to everyone who sold and purchased tickets and to Dan Neligan for making the night a great success.

New goalposts for Knocknagoshel Coiste na nÓg will be purchased from the funds raised and these will be in place for the new season. ​

Knocknagoshel Clothes Collection

Knocknagoshel GAA Club holds an ongoing clothes collection to help raise funds for the club.

Bags of clothes can be left into the white lorry container near the log cabin at the football field.

All types of clothes are accepted as well as shoes, handbags, curtains and towels.

Please note that duvets are not accepted.

€9,100 Lotto Jackpot

The next draw will be for a jackpot of €9,100 and will be held in Moynihan’s Bar on Saturday, December 14th.

Tickets are available from Kierans XL, Supervalu Abbeyfeale, the local bars and usual sellers.  Our club lotto can also be played online by following the link on www.knocknagoshel.gaa.ie.
