Deputy Danny Healy Rae has issued a statement of welcome for what he labelled ‘the much needed funds for Kerry roads.’
“The funding has been announced by the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport for the regional and local road grants for 2020,” said Deputy Healy Rae.
“The total allocation for Kerry is €25,310,959, which is an increase of €2,731,603 on the funding allocated in 2019 and this increase in funds is very welcome for the people of Kerry and the roads in their localities,” he said.
