Somewhere in North Kerry, Noah was putting the finishing touches to his Ark when Brosna and Tarbert took the pitch in the North Kerry Division 1A League.

Brosna were fortunate, at the last minute, to get home advantage due to the difficult pitch conditions in Tarbert.

Convincing Win

It was a convincing win for Brosna. Scores came from Conor Lane with 2-2; Adam Barry, 0-5 and Kieran O’Donnell with 0-4; a goal apiece from Timmy Finnegan and Flor McAuliffe.

There were individual points from Jason Murphy, Thomas Fitzgerald and Patrick O’Keeffe which saw the game conclude with a final score Brosna 4-14 to Tarbert’s 0-8.

Good Job Ref

Well done to all involved and the referee, Tadhg Murphy of Clounmacon GAA Club for overseeing a clean game in such challenging conditions.

Special mention to Conor Lane, Jason Murphy and Danny Moriarty who made their senior debut for Brosna on Sunday.
