Rachel’s Great Hair Raising Fundraiser for Rapunzel Foundation
Our U-10 player Rachel O’Donoghue made a great and welcome gesture to the Rapunzel Foundation by raising money while donating 14 inches of her hair to the foundation.

She has raised a massive sum of €2,200 already but people can still donate by going to Rachel’s fundraiser for Make A Wish Ireland page on Facebook.

We are all proud of you Rachel in coming up with a great idea and thinking of others.

Cordal Club’s Sixth Bonanza Draw at Kearney’s

Cordal GAA Club’s sixth Lotto Bonanza draw is back on home turf at Kearney’s Food-market at 2pm on this Saturday.

We have given out nearly €3,000 in prizes since the inception of the draw at the end of August which has made many people happy in the meantime.
Congrats to Mary Horan, Knockeenahone, Scartaglin on winning the most recent €500 Lotto Bonanza draw.

The ‘Shop Local’ Voucher Winners are as follows: Joan O’Callaghan, Kilcummin / Anne Mac’s; Eileen O’Mahony, Cordal / Flowers by Sheila; Neily Moynihan, Castleisland / Michael Guiney’s; Gráinne and Orlaigh Curtin, Castleisland / Centra.

The hotel break draw qualifier was John O’Connell, Breahig.
