Pres Castleisland Student in National Poetry Aloud Final

Presentation Castleisland student, Wiktoria Brzozka has been chosen to represent Kerry in the national Poetry Aloud final.

Wiktoria Brzozka, a  first year student in Presentation Secondary School, Castleisland has been chosen to represent Kerry in her category of the national final of Poetry Aloud.

Poetry Aloud is an annual poetry speaking competition, which is organised by Poetry Ireland and The National Library of Ireland in partnership with University College Cork.

Enthusiasm And Passion

“We’re delighted with the enthusiasm and passion our student shows for learning and I’m thrilled to see Wiktoria reach the national final,” said her English teacher, Noreen O’Shea.

“It is a true testament to her talent and I wish her every success.

Commitment to Learning

“Wiktoria’s enthusiasm and commitment to learning are noteworthy in all aspects of her work.

“She is also displaying leadership ability and is currently class representative on the student council. “The whole school is proud of this wonderful achievement and wish Wiktoria well as she prepares for the national final,” said Ms. O’Shea.
