The Late Jacqueline ‘Jac’ Kirby, nee Edwards, Island Village, Pound Road, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and formerly of London, U.K.

The death has occurred of Jacqueline ‘Jac’ Kirby, nee Edwards, Island Village, Pound Road, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and formerly of London, U.K.

Peacefully, on February 2nd 2021, after a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Team at University Hospital Kerry.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Gerald, her adored children, Nathan and Ella-May; her father Keith, her mother Gwen and their spouses Helen and Jim; her brothers: John, Martin and Keith and their partners Caz and Helen, step-brother Lewis, step-sister Louise, brother-in-law Anthony, sisters-in-law Marie, Noreen, Kathleen and Donna, aunts, uncles, nieces, relatives, neighbours, friends, especially her work colleagues at St. Joseph’s Foundation, Charleville, Co. Cork.  May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

A Private Family Funeral

A private family funeral will take place for Jac.

The funeral cortège will depart Tangney’s Funeral Home at 2pm on Saturday afternoon and travel along Church Street, down Lower Main Street and up to her residence at Island Village, Pound Road and after a brief stop, depart for a private cremation at 4pm at the Shannon Crematorium, Co. Clare.
