The death has occurred of Maryann Sugrue, nee Curran, Limerick Road, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and formerly of Lyreacrompane.

Peacefully on March 10th 2021, in her 90th year, surrounded by her loving family at the residence of her daughter Bridget.

Predeceased by her husband Joe and her son-in-law John.

Sadly missed by her loving daughters Maria, Elizabeth and Bridget, sons-in-law John and Ted, her adored grandchildren: Patrick, Michelle, Richard, Sean, Anne-Marie and Mary, her great-grandchildren Jack, Rosie, Elizabeth Ann, Robert, Mollie, Norah and Tessa, sister Teresa Larkin, Rathea, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Private Family Funeral  

A private family funeral will take place for Maryann with her Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 11am in Castleisland Parish Church. The Mass will be live-streamed on www.churchservices.tv. Burial afterwards in St. John’s Cemetery, Castleisland. If you wish to leave a message of condolence to the family please use the condolence link below.

Funeral Cortége Route

Please Note: The funeral cortége will depart her daughter Bridget’s residence at Bawnaluska Limerick Road, Castleisland at 10/30 am on Friday morning.  

It will travel down Limerick Road and the Main Street en route to the church and will depart the church at 12 noon approx and travel up the Main Street en route to the cemetery.
