A friendly and quiet Doberman Pinscher has been approaching people over the past half an hour around Barrack Street Bridge several people in the area were fearing for his safety from traffic on the narrow road there.
As an indication of how quiet he is, he hopped into a car belonging to Scartaglin woman and dog lover, Catherine O’Connor and he is now in good hands.
Catherine had the dog in her possession just as James Herlihy was making contact to spread the message.
