Just to put a bookend on this side of 2022, I’d like to wish all Maine Valley Post advertisers, contributors, readers and supporters all the best for the new year.

Expert predictions have it that we’re on our way out from under the curse of the pandemic.

They’re also boldly forecasting that March should see us being free to unwind with the possibility of the return of the St. Patrick’s Day parades around the country.

Wouldn’t that be something – and more than something from the point of where we were at for the past two years or so.

With that nugget of positivity, I hope we’ll all make to to the other side of 2022 intact. Happy New Year.
