Kerry County Council Emergency Road Closure from Farranfore to Scart Cross

Kerry County Council will carry out emergency drainage  works on the N22 roadway between Farranfore village and Scart Cross  as the result of a collapsed culvert.

Both Cllr. Fionnán Fitzgerald and Cllr. Charlie Farrelly relayed the KCC notice which declares that: pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, and the Temporary Closing of Roads Regulations 1994, Kerry County Council has decided to close to public traffic the following road to facilitate the essential works.

Road Closed: N22- between Farranfore Village and Scart Cross. Road Closing Times: from 7pm on Thursday, 23rd June to 7am on Friday, 24th June 2022.

The alternative signposted route is set out on the map attached.
