Last week’s Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket winner, Tom Cotter from Brosna collected his draw winnings of €901 from Pat Scanell of Pat’s Barbers Shop in the Island Centre.
As host, Pat then pulled out this week’s winner and it emerged that Sue Ryder Shop Manager, Derry Curtin owned the lucky envelope and he won a massive €1,001 prize.
“Derry became our latest thousandaire and that’s all down to people playing and supporting the Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket fundraising draw and we’re grateful for that support,” said club PRO Brian O’Sullivan.
The club’s next draw will be held on Saturday evening around 7:30pm at The Half Way Bar in Ballymacelligott.
