Both Cllr. Fionnán Fitzgerald and Cllr. Charlie Farrelly have been in touch about the water supply disruption resulting from a ‘serious break’ in the mains in the Ballyplymouth area on the Castleisland to Brosna Road.

Consumers throughout Castleisland town and surrounding town-lands are now without supply.

“A repair crew will be on site at first light tomorrow morning and supply will be restored by tomorrow afternoon.

“There will be an update around mid morning regarding the progress of the repairs and the supply restoration,” according to Kerry County Council Water Services.
