Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket Draw Prize of €803 Goes to Currow

Noreen Fleming’s daughter Josephine (left) with her little girl collected Noreen’s €939 Split the Bucket winnings from former Irish international, Ciara Griffin at Jackie Reidy’s Menswear and Newsagents on Saturday afternoon.

Last week’s Split the Bucket winner Noreen Fleming wasn’t available to collect her €939 winning cheque and her daughter Josephine and her grand-daughter stepped in.

Former Irish international Ciara  Griffin was the guest presented at Saturday’s draw  at Jackie Reidy’s Menswear and Newsagents.

Ciara  was there to promote the Split the Bucket and the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) backed Your  Cub Your Country Draw.

Draw host Jackie Reidy  picked  out this week’s winner  it went to Siobhán Brosnan from Currow for €803.

A big thank you to Jackie and to Ciara for their help. Next Saturday’s draw is on in Lyons’ Bar in Scartaglen at around 9:30pm.

Your Club Your Country Draw

All Split the Bucket entries during November will go forward to the IRFU draw on December 4th for some major prizes.

The Your Club Your Country Draw carries a trove of great prizes include: a summer tour to South Africa in 2024 for two people; £5000 in cash, Six Nations trips to England and France and more excellent prizes. 

“To be included in this fantastic draw just do your envelope as normal and include an email address and all online and yearly tickets will be included,” said a club spokesperson.

How to Play Split the Bucket

Split the Bucket draw envelopes are available in shops and pubs throughout this and neighbouring parishes.

You simply put your €2 in the envelope, seal it and sign it and add your telephone number and pop it in the bucket or the club coloured, red and blue stands. Don’t forget to add your Email address for entry into the Your Club Your Country Draw.
