Open Day at Kerry College of Further Education Tralee

A warm welcome awaits you at the Kerry College of Further Education Open Day being held on Wednesday 27th February at the Clash Campus, Tralee.

This annual event provides an opportunity for those attending to gain an insight into the college and the many courses on offer.

The List Goes On

Teachers and current students will be on hand during the day to meet you and answer any questions. You will be given an insight in to the various courses on offer from Beauty to Administration, to Law to Sports to Professional Cookery to Nursing…. the list goes on and on. Advice on finance and also careers and student supports at KCFE will be provided.

A Broad Spectrum of Courses

The college specialises in the provision of further education (PLC courses) and has expanded its provision in recent years affording people the opportunity to study a broad spectrum of courses in Kerry.

With over 60 programmes being offered for next September, all dedicated to providing school leavers and adult learners with quality routes for progression to third level education in both Universities and IOTs and/or employment.

A Second Campus

The KCFE has now a second campus in Tralee Town Centre since last September and this means the college can offer an increased number of courses in the Health Care and Social Sciences arena. This September the majority of courses will be offered on a first come first served basis provided minimum entry requirements are met.

Applications On-Line

Some courses will not carry fees and will be offered based on interview. These places are expected to fill up fast so early application is advisable.

The college opens its doors at 10am on Wednesday 27th February and you can attend anytime up to 7pm that night. Looking forward to meeting you all on the day!
