Cordal Whit Jamboree Weekend A Success

Danny Kelliher reports from Cordal on the weekend’s Jamboree:

On behalf of Cordal Coiste Na nÓg, I would like to thank everybody for supporting our 2016 Jamboree which was held in glorious sunshine in Cordal on Sunday.

Thanks especially to all the children and the hard-working mentors of Cordal and Scartaglin who were the stars of the show for displaying their footballing skills and their pride of parish on such a hot day.

The success of the work that’s been done to the football field and the supporting facilities in Cordal over the last number of years was clear for all to see. Thanks again to all members of Cordal Coiste Na nÓg who worked so hard on the day to make the event such a success.

U-14s Played Ballymac

Cordal/Scartaglin played Ballymacelligott in Cordal in the Castleisland District League on Wednesday evening.

 U-12s Travel to Annascaul/Lispole

 Cordal Under 12’s travel to Annascaul/Lispole on Thursday 9th to play the Lee Strand County League.

 Exams
