The Daniel J.Hannon Folk Festival is set to return to Brosna this autumn and is due to be held there over the weekend of September 20th.to 22nd inclusive.
It will feature events for all ages including Gaelic games, folk music and much more.
My Native Brosna Town
Daniel J. Hannon was well known for composing ‘My Native Brosna Town’ among many other songs.
He was a well known figure in the Irish American community in New York City and he’s fondly remembered for his songwriting skills, his charitable work and love of Irish culture.
Further details of the festival will be announced in the coming months.
