September at The Glórach

First up on Thursday, September 12 is Limerick singer-songwriter Emma Langford.

Emma received widespread critical acclaim for her debut album Quiet Giant in 2017 and last year won the RTÉ Radio One ‘Best Emerging Artist’ award at their inaugural folk awards.

A concert not to be missed, Emma will be ably supported on the night by Trevor Sexton.

Two days later, we switch genres, but the level of high quality musicianship will remain constant as Leroy Troy and his Hillbilly Trio come to town.

Having wowed international audiences, they make their debut at the Glórach and suffice to say it’s rare a bluegrass group of this calibre come to Abbeyfeale so make sure to mark Saturday, September 14 in your diary.
