The Late Nuala O’Connor, nee Blackwell, Maglass, Ballymacelligott, Tralee, Co Kerry and formerly of Rathoneen, Ardfert, Co Kerry.

The death has occurred of Nuala O’Connor, nee Blackwell, Maglass, Ballymacelligott, Tralee, Co Kerry and formerly of Rathoneen, Ardfert, Co Kerry.

Peacefully, on March 14th 2021, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at Aperee Living, Tralee.

Nuala, beloved wife of the late John O’Connor and mother of the late Tommy and James O’Connor. Predeceased by her parents John and Nora Blackwell, sisters Maureen, Alice and Cathy, brother Michael.

Forever missed by her loving family, daughter Siobhan O’Keeffe, sons, Johnny and Dennis, grandchildren: Christina, Denise, Oonagh, Sean, Patrick, Naoise and Mark and great-granddaughter Alice, son-in-law Decie and daughter-in-law Peggy, sister Eileen O’Carroll and brothers Brendan, John and Frank, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Private Family Funeral

Due to current government advice and restrictions regarding public gatherings, a private family funeral will take place for Nuala, with her Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11.30am in St. Brendan’s Church, Clogher, Ballymacelligott.

Afterwards Nuala will be taken to her final resting place at O’Brennan Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.

Please note: The funeral cortège will depart Nuala’s residence at Maglass at 11am on Thursday morning and travel to Clogher Church and depart the church at 12.15pm approx. and travel to O’Brennan Cemetery.
