Presentation Castleisland Student Eibhlís is Awarded UCC Scholarship

Eibhlís Brosnan, past pupil of Presentation Secondary School, Castleisland has been awarded the UCC Quercus Entrance Scholarship for her outstanding Leaving Certificate results.

Eibhlís received 7H1s / 625 points in her Leaving Certificate 2020.

The Quercus Entrance Scholarship is awarded to students with exceptional achievements in their first sitting of the Leaving Cert. The scholarship is to the value of €1,000.

Virtual Awards Ceremony

Presentation School Principal, Katherina Broderick said she was delighted to receive an invitation from Professor John O’Halloran, Interim President University College Cork, a virtual Scholarship Awards Ceremony which was held on Tuesday, 30 March 2021.

Ms Broderick said she was thrilled to hear Eibhlís has been awarded this scholarship and wished her well as she continues her studies in UCC where she is currently studying Commerce and Hispanic Studies.
