Just a single point separated the sides at the end of the second and the third quarter was similar with Cora Conway making a huge contribution for the visitors while both Louise Joyce and Tracey O’Mahony were on target for the home side.

Killorglin had to work harder for their points and had some great scores but, with O’Mahony and Joyce netting five and two three point shots respectively, the home side secured a four point win.

St. Mary’s team:  Joanne Walmsley, Melissa O’Callaghan, Tracey O’Mahony, Doreen McSweeney, Louise Joyce, Jackie Burke, Tina Glover, Aileen Ahern and Moira Hughes.
