Castleisland Community College student, Lauren O’Sullivan received a Certificate of Excellence from the Department of Education as she achieved the highest Leaving Certificate results in Ireland for 2023.
Lauren, a daughter of Brendan and Eileen O’Sullivan, Coolavanny, Castleisland received 6 H1s and 1 H2 in her overall Leaving Certificate.
Her academic excellence during her Leaving Certificate has been further acknowledged with the prestigious JP McManus All Ireland Scholarship which underscores her outstanding achievements.
She is presently studying Aeronautical Engineering in University of Limerick.
